The oil can be used as an inhalation to deeper your meditation, in a diffuser or bath, or simply carry with you and use as a perfume or inhalation whenever you feel the need to bring more balance to your being - whether it be energizing, uplifting, relaxing, calming, balancing, clarity or focus .. it all depends on the blend and oils you're guided to use.
